Future Relief Society Assistant to The- Table- Decorator Decorator

Okay so here there isn't such thing as an assistant table decorator, b/c if there was, Jeana would be it for sure.

A few weeks ago I taught a cooking class at a super saturday enrichment and of course my girls tagged along.  After the classes, we ate lunch and the kids were given the left over centerpieces (AKA more candy and a little easter grass) so, Jeana brought home the supplies and tried to imitate using her own stuffed easter animals...I have got an artist on my hands! :)

Easter and Spring Fun

Makall, Lindsey, Jeana and Abby all had matching Easter dresses thanks to Grandma and Grandpa and the moms stayed up late making cute matching bows to go with them.
The best $2 purchase EVER!  Okay, maybe it's just my great photography skills coming out again.  The girls and I had a lot of fun flying kites this spring.  The weather was perfect for weeks.

Abby, our little baby turned four this year. She has been totally into babies and dolls. She keeps asking if there is a baby in mommy's tummy b/c several of her friend's mom's currently have babies or twins in their tummies. And the answer to that would be "no." :) She wanted to have a baby party for her birthday, so her friends brought their favorite doll and then we made party hats and cupcakes for both the girls and their babies. We played a few baby games and then the girls got to take home a new baby blanket. We had a good time, even though her party got snowed out. Luckily, a few of her little friends just live across the street or there wouldn't have been a party!

YEAH for SPRING!!!

There is a lady we go and visit as a family who just turned 80 and her husband passed away last fall, so she gets a little lonely and loves to have the girls over to visit.  We stopped by on her birthday and she told us a few friends threw a surprise party and all the guests (also close in age to her) were asked to bring their favorite childhood candy instead of a present.  It was cute to see what everyone grew up on, and of course she had to share some of her candy bouquet and goodies with the girls... it never takes much convincing to visit Velda!
